is a third generation Sacramentan. In 1975, Mr. Anapolsky received his
Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of California,
Santa Barbara. In 1979, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the McGeorge
School of Law, University of the Pacific. Mr. Anapolsky has an extensive teaching background. He is an Adjunct Professor at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, teaching Civil Pretrial Litigation. In addition, Mr. Anapolsky is a teacher for the Advocacy Skills Workshop at Stanford Law School and the Intensive Advocacy Program at the University of San Francisco School of Law. Mr. Anapolsky has taught trial advocacy for the California Continuing Education of the Bar; classes on Construction Law at California State University, Sacramento; and has lectured on Administrative Law for the Sacramento County Bar and the Office of Administrative Hearings, Department of General Services, State of California. Mr. Anapolsky serves the Sacramento legal community as a Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of California, Sacramento County and El Dorado County and has served in the past as an Administrative Law Judge Pro Tem, Office of Administrative Hearings, State of California. Mr. Anapolsky also acts as a privately retained mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Anapolsky is active in community affairs and served as President of his synagogue, Congregation B'nai Israel, from 1997-1999. He currently serves as Board Member of the Home of Peace Association, the Sacramento Jewish cemetary. |
