Andrew D. Loveland is an associate at Knox, Lemmon, Anapolsky & Schrimp, LLP.

Mr. Loveland received his Bachelor of Arts in Marine Science from the University of Miami (FL) in 1991, and earned a graduate degree in geography and environmental policy from the University of Colorado. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Davis in 2000. While at U.C. Davis, he was a member of the U.C. Davis Law Review, participated in the Environmental Moot Court, served as a Legal Research tutor and interned at the California Franchise Tax Board. He subsequently earned his LL.M in Taxation and a Graduate Certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University in 2001.

Mr. Loveland’s practice experience includes partnership and corporate taxation, entity formation and reorganization/restructuring, complex estate planning, estate tax, and estate and trust administration, forming and advising nonprofit tax-exempt organizations, and advising nonresident alien and foreign investors with respect to their U.S. transactions and estate planning.
