Angela Schrimp de la Vergne is a partner with Knox Lemmon & Anapolsky, LLP.

Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Stanford University in 1990. In 1993, Ms. Schrimp earned her Juris Doctorate from King Hall School of Law at the University of California, Davis. While in law school, Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne was selected to represent the school in the Traynor Moot Court competition where the team finished Fourth Place in the oral argument competition. In 1993, Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne was selected to be a member of the Order of Barristers.

Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1993, and is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California.

Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne's practice includes forming and representing local and national businesses in a counseling and transactional capacity. Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne also represents local real estate interests in acquisitions, financing and developments.

Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne is an active member and former board member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento. She is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court (1999-2001).

Ms. Schrimp de la Vergne is also active in numerous community organizations. She is a current board member and Past President of The Family Service Agency of Greater Sacramento, a member of the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District Hearing Board, and a Class IX Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Mountain Valley Chapter.
