Daniel E. Richardson is an associate attorney for Knox Lemmon & Anapolsky, LLP. Mr. Richardson attended the University of Connecticut where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and went on to pursue his juris doctorate at Gonzaga University School of Law where he graduated cum laude.
Mr. Richardson’s practice focuses on assisting business and nonprofit clients on complex transactions and providing counsel on a wide range of corporate and business issues, including entity formation, corporate governance, securities matters, and regulatory compliance. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Richardson represents businesses in litigation, obtaining favorable results for his clients.
Mr. Richardson also served in the United States Army with the 10th Mountain Division and was deployed twice overseas, including a one-year deployment to Iraq.
Mr. Richardson is an active member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association, and the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court. He is also actively involved with local charities and serves on board of the directors of both the Active 20-30 Club of Sacramento and The Council.
