Amanda M. Hutchins is a Partner with Knox, Lemmon & Anapolsky, LLP.
Ms. Hutchins graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2009; she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in 2013. Ms. Hutchins was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014.
Ms. Hutchins’ practice includes representing businesses, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, with various transactional matters that range from the formation of a business through its termination and all matters in between, as well as real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hutchins also represents clients with intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademark registration, maintenance and enforcement. Ms. Hutchins has also represented clients in various areas of litigation, including the areas of business law, and employment law.
Ms. Hutchins is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of California. She remains active in community service, including volunteering with local food banks to feed the homeless and assisting at local animal shelters. Ms. Hutchins also previously served on the Board of a local non-profit group.
