Dima Bokosmaty is an attorney admitted to practice law in both New South Wales, Australia and California, United States. Ms. Bokosmaty received her Bachelor of Arts (Digital Cultures) from the University of Sydney. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney. Ms. Bokosmaty also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law and Policy with an LL.M. Award of Excellence from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court and the State Bar of California.
Ms. Bokosmaty focuses her practice at Knox Lemmon & Anapolsky LLP on commercial transactions, corporate law, trust administration, probate issues and estate planning. She is actively involved in the firm’s real estate and corporate work, including advising corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. She also works with individuals and business owners to develop estate and succession plans that protect assets, preserve wealth, and support long-term continuity.
Prior to joining Knox Lemmon & Anapolsky LLP, Ms. Bokosmaty worked for a law firm in Sydney, Australia handling matters involving misleading and deceptive conduct, insolvency, employment law, and participated in estate planning matters. Ms. Bokosmaty also gained experience in property disputes, including matters involving interference with quiet enjoyment and the extinguishment of easements. She also developed a particular interest in the commercialization of intellectual property, assisting businesses in identifying, leveraging, and protecting their intangible assets, and participated in trademark infringement matters.
Ms. Bokosmaty values spending quality time with her family and enjoys hiking, skiing, and exploring different parts of California.
